CNC Carbide Inserts Production Technology & Strength

We implement a strict 18-step full-process quality control system for all tungsten carbide CNC inserts, ensuring stable performance, high precision and consistent tool life for industrial machining. Our production adopts professional powder metallurgy technology, covering raw material batching, wet milling, spray granulation, high-precision pressing, vacuum sintering, CNC grinding, edge honing, surface polishing, advanced coating and multi-level finished inspection.

We introduce imported pressing machines to ensure uniform powder density, stable blank forming and accurate dimensional consistency, effectively avoiding deformation and tool tolerance deviation. Equipped with imported professional coating equipment, we provide high-performance coating solutions that greatly improve heat resistance, wear resistance and anti-sticking performance during high-temperature cutting. All core production equipment is precisely calibrated to support mass and customized production.

Strict quality inspection runs through the whole production line. We conduct professional testing on product hardness, density, metallographic structure, edge precision and surface finish. Every batch undergoes full inspection before delivery to eliminate defective products. With mature technical formulas and complete production equipment, we support standard and OEM customized CNC cutting tools for steel, cast iron, cast steel, forgings and superalloy machining, providing reliable and cost-effective carbide tool solutions.

Industrial Precision Manufacturing Process

1
Raw material batching & wet milling — precise composition control and ultra-fine particle distribution
2
Spray granulation — uniform spherical agglomerates for optimal flowability and compaction
3
High-precision pressing — imported hydraulic presses ensure ±0.005mm dimensional tolerance
4
Vacuum sintering — controlled atmosphere furnaces achieve >99.8% theoretical density
5
CNC grinding & edge honing — sub-micron geometry accuracy and optimized cutting edge integrity
6
Advanced PVD/TiAlN/TiSiN coating — high-temperature stability up to 1100°C and low-friction surface
