Indexable Spiral Cutterhead

Product Introduction

Indexable spiral cutterhead, also known as disposable helical cutter head, adopts helical arrangement of indexable tungsten carbide inserts. The carbide inserts have multiple cutting edges. When one edge gets dull or chipped, you can simply rotate the insert to use a new edge without regrinding.

Applications

Widely used on surface planers, jointers, four-sided moulder and CNC woodworking machines. Suitable for processing solid wood, plywood, MDF, particle board, bamboo, melamine panels and composite wood materials. Ideal for furniture manufacturing, cabinet making and wood panel processing.
