Tungsten Carbide Composite Welding Rods

Zhuzhou Jinzhou Tungsten Carbide Composite Welding Rod, also called Tungsten Carbide Welding Electrode, Carbide Brazing Rods or Carbide Welding Bars, is made of granular alloy and elastic matrix carbide. We have two options: Brass Copper Matrix Composite Rods and Nickle Matrix Composite rod. there is a special flux on the surface and colored in order to identify the granular size.

The main composition of sintering tungsten carbide scrap is mainly CO and WC, The hardness is about HRA 89~91, Matrix body is Ni or Brass Copper Alloy, strength can up to 690MPa, hardness HB≥160.

It is mainly used to overlay the worn-out and cutting usage workpieces in oil,mining,coal mining,geology,construction and other industries.Such as:milling shoes,wear shoes, junk mills, milling shoes, centralizers,reamer,drill pipe joints,hydraulic cutter,scraper blade plow planer,drill core, piling drill,auger,etc.
