Tremie pipe is a dedicated pipeline for underwater concrete pouring in bored pile construction. It is assembled by multiple standard pipe sections with quick coupling connections. During construction, the tremie pipe is inserted into the borehole below the slurry level. Fresh concrete is poured through the pipe, displacing slurry upward to ensure concrete quality without mixing with slurry. Interlocking kelly bar (key-lock kelly bar) transmits rotary torque and feed pressure from the rotary drill head down to the drilling tool. It is composed of multiple nested steel pipe segments with interlocking keyways. When rotating, the keys lock each segment together to transfer torque; during lifting, segments slide telescopically to realize long-stroke drilling. It is specially adapted for secant pile construction. Remarks: High torque transmission capacity, low failure rate; suitable for deep borehole drilling of interlocking secant piles.
